This is Amazon’s work from home College Customer Experience Agent role.
This position will allow students to think outside the box, solve problems, answer questions, and resolve customers’ issues via phone and chat. College Experience Agents will be challenged to leverage resources, think big to resolve issues and ultimately improve the customer experience. CEAs will be working with one of the fastest growing areas within Amazon and help create a format for improvement from onboarding, learning, and assessing the tools and resources given to Customer Service Associates to perform their role.
Amazon College Customer Experience Agents will also research issues, identify opportunities for improvement and create a project charter for roll out. Agents will also be required to collaborate with other students in the same role to help promote/present their project.
This job is an hourly position and pay rate nationwide is $10.00 per hour. Training for this role is paid, fully self-directed and demanding.
In this role, agents will have the freedom to choose their work schedule that he/she will build based upon their class schedule and the businesses’ need. From the start of fall semester through spring, agents will have the opportunity to work anywhere between 12 and 20 hours per week, with each agent working a minimum of 12 hours per week. Working hours will increase during our peak season (November through January 1st), and you may be able to work up to the maximum amount of hours per week that the state and federal law allows during breaks from school. You may also be required to work on any/all major holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday, or Christmas. CEAs will be able to decrease their scheduled hours during finals week if needed.
